Our Division's Human Resources policy leading up to 2010 is based on Forward Jobs and Skills Management (FJSM) which will determine our orientations regarding recruitment and training.
FJSM's objective is to adapt, both quantitatively and qualitatively, our resources to our needs so as to support the development of the EETD, especially on an international level, and reply to our customers' demands.
|
To this end, our Division is developing tools to:
- appoint and develop our resources effectively by identifying our potential and technical reference points,
- reassure our customers as regards skills renewal,
- give all staff members the chance to be fulfilled doing their job,
- favour mobility and internal development through the monthly publishing of vacancies,
- strengthen our training programmes,
- support our annual appraisal interviews.
|
In the Recruitment field the Division is:
-
developing a policy of taking on young engineers so as to build up a "resources nursery" and training them up,
-
taking on experienced project managers to complement its internal training courses and reinforce its 'hands-on' middle management,
-
developing and improving the integration process in consultation with new recruits,
-
investing in professional networks to contribute to training and the employment of the newly qualified through the implementation of partnership agreements,
-
empowered in the creation of qualifying training courses such as the Nuclear Environment Professional Baccalauréat.
The Division also favours employment via sandwich courses and is developing the employment of disabled people in collaboration with the Agefiph Group and our Sustainable Development approach.

As regards training, our development has three objectives:
-
allow all members of staff to develop their career paths so as to drive our own development,
-
maintain and develop the professionalism and technical skills of our staff with an eye on performance,
-
motivate our managers and train them regularly so that they embody and represent our values.
|
Our HR policy means:
-
listening to staff members so as to involve theme – particularly the young ones – in our corporate orientations and development strategy,
-
dialogue between management and unions to maintain a positive and calm social climate,
-
a feeling of belonging that we have to encourage and develop in our staff members to make them proud of working for a successful Group!
