2004: Steam generator studies were launched in collaboration with MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES LTD, including the associated technical support

2003: CVCS (chemical & volume control system) nozzle repair contract was signed

2002: A NDT contract was signed for the 900 MW turbine rotors

2001: An exclusive partnership agreement was signed with MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES LTD (MHI) in view of introducing proven MITSUBISHI Heavy Industries technologies to French and Belgium power plant markets, and with the aim of exporting COMEX Nucléaire to Japan.
The ONET Group bought out COMEX NUCLEAIRE.

1999: The ONET Group acquired 60% of COMEX Nucléaire's capital. A major dismantling contract was signed with the COGEMA site in Marcoule.

1998: Major dismantling operations were performed at the EDF Brennilis site and studies were launched for the waste trench facility at the CEA Cadarache site.

1996: The company diversified to include environmental professions and the supply of special heavy industry machines. The MUSE project (high-speed ultrasonic inspection of heat exchanger tubes) was launched and a contract was signed for the decontamination of EDF pressurisers.

1994: COMEX NUCLEAIRE became an international expert in vessel head operations by opening an agency in Spain (valve maintenance) and in England (nuclear cleaning and dismantling).

1992: First major dismantling job on 8 heat exchangers at the COGEMA G2/G3 plants in Marcoule.

1989: COMEX NUCLEAIRE was created when the COMEX Group decided to move into other sectors sharing similarities with its activities in sub-aquatic operations and automatic welding processes.
